Shipping
We currently ship nationwide! We are working on shipping worldwide, so hold on tight!
Our shipping depends on the weight and the number of items you ordered. Please check the shipping rate upon checkout.
Shipping within Metro Manila takes 3-5 business days while provincial shipping takes 8-12 business days, after your order has been processed. Weekends and holidays are not included in business day count.
Returns/Exchanges
We are only accepting returns/exchanges for items with factory defects, or wrong items being delivered to the sender within 7 days upon the receipt of the order.

The Juju Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address that is provided by the client. The Juju Club is also not responsible for orders that have not been delivered to the proper address or sender, due to incorrect shipping information placed upon checkout. We also do not accept any refund for shipping costs for the shipments returned to us due to an error in the address provided.
Change In Information
Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing your checkout. In the event that you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
